Along with settling into our new office, our team has been advancing projects across South Florida. Here’s a look at a few currently in progress:
LA MARE
Our team continues to move La Mare forward as the project develops through its current construction phase. We’re excited to continue refining the details and bringing the vision for the project closer to reality.

GROTTO
Work continues at Grotto, a new bathhouse and hospitality concept in Miami. The project brings together wellness and social spaces, with our team developing the architectural details, materiality, and spatial experience that will shape the project as it moves forward.

VISTA HARBOR
Vista Harbor continues to advance through coordination and construction development, refining the architectural details, residential layouts, and overall vision that will define the project within our growing multifamily portfolio.
