The Miami River continues to emerge as one of South Florida's most dynamic waterfront districts, creating new opportunities for development that connects urban living with the water. Vista Harbor Residences & Yacht Club is part of that evolution, bringing two 12-story residential towers and 242 residences to more than 650 feet of riverfront in the heart of Miami.
FORMGROUP is proud to serve as the Architect of Record for the project, working alongside the development team Alta Development to bring this vision to life. Designed to strengthen the connection between the buildings and the riverside, Vista Harbor combines contemporary architecture with generous outdoor spaces, expansive glazing, and views that celebrate its unique location along the Miami River.

The architecture is defined by clean horizontal lines, expansive terraces, and floor-to-ceiling glass that maximize natural light while framing views of Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Biscayne Bay. Beyond the residences, the project features approximately 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities and a riverfront boardwalk that extends the living experience to the water's edge.
More than a residential community, Vista Harbor contributes to the continued transformation of the Miami River, creating an active waterfront destination that complements the area's ongoing growth.
Vista Harbor reflects a shared commitment to creating architecture that responds to both its context and the people who will experience it. Interior spaces, designed by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, complement the building's architectural character with a contemporary approach that enhances the overall residential experience.
