Construction continues progressing at La Mare Hotel & Residences as it enters its next phase of façade integration and hospitality-focused amenity buildout.
The 37-story tower located at 1451 South Miami Avenue is currently undergoing a large-scale transformation that will introduce 198 luxury residences and 123 hotel suites to the center of Brickell, alongside elevated amenity experiences.
One of the project’s upcoming construction milestones includes the installation of the jumbo glazing system by ES Windows throughout the amenity levels on floors 9 and 11. Designed to complement expansive 14-foot interior ceiling heights, the oversized hurricane-impact-rated glazing assemblies were developed to maximize natural light, transparency, and panoramic skyline views toward Downtown Miami and Brickell.

The project continues advancing through close coordination between a multidisciplinary consultant and construction team led by Developer Park Place at Brickell LLC, with FORMGROUP Architects serving as Architect of Record alongside Design Architect Barcelo-Balanzo Arquitectes. The project team also includes ORIGIN as General Contractor, Youssef Hachem Consulting Engineering as Structural Engineer, PTE Systems International for post-tension systems, and ES Windows leading the glazing scope.
As construction progresses, La Mare Hotel & Residences continues redefining one of Brickell’s most recognizable gateway properties through a contemporary blend of luxury hospitality, residential living, and elevated amenity design.
