We’re excited to share updates on two of FORMGROUP’s latest hospitality projects—The Mexican and Jacinta—both now under construction and set to bring fresh energy and refined experiences to Miami’s vibrant culinary landscape.
Construction Underway: The Mexican
Construction is officially underway at The Mexican, a dynamic new restaurant that transforms a once purely commercial site (formerly home to CNN’s offices) into a dining destination full of life and cultural richness. This prominent Brickell Key location is being reimagined as a hospitality space that merges bold Latin energy with elevated design.
This project represents more than a renovation—it’s a reinvention. Converting a space with a strictly commercial past into a modern restaurant requires creativity, technical precision, and vision. Our team has taken on that challenge with enthusiasm, creating a design that honors the building’s bones while introducing a warm, inviting atmosphere ready for food, conversation, and connection.
At the heart of this success is our ongoing collaboration with Quadra, the owner’s representative for the project. We’ve partnered with Quadra across many projects, and every collaboration produces brilliant results. Together, we move with focus, synergy, and mutual respect. Never
shortcuts, always forward. Our combined efforts consistently deliver impactful, high-performance spaces that serve both form and function.
It has also been a pleasure collaborating with interior designer Paulina Moran, whose creative vision adds another layer of richness to this project.
As construction progresses, we look forward to watching The Mexican evolve into a neighborhood anchor and a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike.

Coming Soon: Jacinta
Just a short distance away, another exciting new concept is also taking shape. Jacinta will bring a fresh personality and thoughtful design to the dining scene, offering a unique experience shaped by its culinary vision and immersive environment.
Though each project has its own identity, Jacinta shares a familiar creative DNA: a commitment to architectural integrity, a deep understanding of hospitality, and the strong foundation of collaboration that defines our approach at FORMGROUP. We’re thrilled to be part of this new venture and look forward to sharing more as the project nears completion. We are equally grateful to be working alongside HURLÉ & MARTÍN, whose interior design expertise is helping shape Jacinta into a truly distinctive space.
