FORMGROUP is proud to announce its latest residential project. Together with the Northlake Development team, we are bringing a meticulously planned vision to life at Helios, a new luxury condominium development taking shape on the iconic U.S. 41 in Naples. Located at 4936 Tamiami Trail E, this exclusive community will feature two four-story buildings housing 64 bespoke condominium residences, each thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on scale, light, and its natural surroundings.
Within this boutique enclave, residences range from two to four bedrooms and span 1,548 to 3,014 square feet. Interiors, crafted by Design West, showcase an unparalleled attention to detail with floor-to-ceiling impact glass, solid-core entry doors, and custom millwork, ensuring every space feels both effortless and refined.
Helios elevates the resident experience with nearly 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Highlights include a fitness studio overlooking the pool deck and gardens, a versatile resident lounge and gathering room for both work and leisure, and a variety of curated outdoor spaces such as courtyards, an outdoor kitchen, a putting green, and a dog-wash station, all designed to foster a true sense of community.

Complementing the design and development team, DeAngelis Diamond has been tapped as the general contractor to lead construction of this exciting project, along with engineering support from YHCE Consulting Engineers and Shamrock Engineering, both from Miami, FL. Harris Civil Engineers has been instrumental in the site planning and permitting for the project, which is now fully approved for site development. The project is on track to launch construction soon with an anticipated completion date in late 2027.
With beautiful sunsets over the Gulf Coast, the Helios project will bring FORMGROUP’s site-driven design strategy and modern aesthetics to life and will form the heart of a new luxury coastal community.

Peacock Residence South Miami, FL
Designed to meet the highest sustainability standards, the home features a passive design sense which takes full advantage of the prevailing solar exposure while opening up the interior to the desirable Northern light. Innovative sustainability systems were used throughout including a 15kw solar power system, multiple mini-AC units, and a rainwater collection system that provides the home with 100% of its potable water.
